By creating an account or using Flight Club, you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms explain the rules that help keep Flight Club safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Flight Club.
WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses Flight Club, including visitors, registered members, marketplace users, community participants, and anyone using Flight Club services through our website or mobile applications.
By using Flight Club, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal ability to agree to these Terms.
- Any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will use Flight Club responsibly and lawfully.
INDEPENDENT PLATFORM
Flight Club is an independent platform.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Flight Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any airline, airport, union, government agency, scheduling system, or aviation organization.
Company names, trademarks, logos, and references remain the property of their respective owners.
Flight Club exists to support the aviation community—not to replace official airline systems or communications.
Members should always verify official work assignments, schedules, operational information, and company communications through their employer's official systems.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Please keep your login information confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
OUR COMMUNITY
Flight Club exists because of the people who use it.
We ask every member to help create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment.
When using Flight Club, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Share content that violates another person's rights.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with the operation of Flight Club.
- Use Flight Club to spam, scam, or exploit other members.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use Flight Club in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access where appropriate.
OUR GOAL
Our goal isn't simply to enforce rules.
Our goal is to build a community where airline professionals can learn, connect, help one another, and enjoy using Flight Club every day.
We ask every member to contribute toward that goal.
MARKETPLACE
Flight Club Marketplace is designed to help members connect with one another through community-driven buying, selling, housing, services, and other marketplace features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Flight Club is not the buyer, seller, owner, broker, employer, landlord, payment processor, or shipping provider for transactions conducted between members.
Members are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their listings.
- The information they choose to share.
- Communicating honestly with other members.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
- Completing transactions they voluntarily enter into.
Flight Club may remove listings or restrict Marketplace access when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of our community.
We encourage members to use good judgment when meeting, communicating, purchasing, selling, renting, or otherwise interacting with other users.
USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Flight Club.
This includes, where applicable:
- Posts
- Comments
- Photos
- Videos
- Marketplace listings
- Crew Room discussions
- Messages
- Profile information
- Other content you choose to share
By submitting content to Flight Club, you grant Flight Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, maintain, promote, and provide the Flight Club platform and the features you choose to use.
This license ends when your content is removed from Flight Club, except where retention is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the community, preserve conversation history, or where content has been shared by others in accordance with these Terms.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share any content you submit.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Flight Club, including its branding, logos, graphics, designs, software, user interface, text, original content, features, functionality, and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of Flight Club without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Flight Club's intellectual property to users.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & FUTURE PAID FEATURES
Certain Flight Club features may become available through paid subscriptions, premium memberships, digital purchases, or other paid services.
If you choose to purchase paid features in the future, additional pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription terms may apply.
Those additional terms will be presented before any purchase is completed.
Choosing not to purchase premium features will not prevent access to any features that remain available without a subscription unless otherwise clearly stated.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
Flight Club may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, applications, maps, weather providers, payment providers, or other external resources.
These services operate independently from Flight Club and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
We encourage members to review those policies before interacting with third-party services.
Flight Club is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
OUR ROLE
Flight Club exists to bring airline professionals together through technology, community, and practical tools.
We strive to provide an enjoyable, reliable, and valuable experience, but no platform can guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or outcomes that meet every user's expectations.
Your use of Flight Club is at your own discretion, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make while using the platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We work hard to provide a reliable, secure, and enjoyable experience for every member of the Flight Club community.
However, Flight Club is provided on an "as available" and "as offered" basis.
While we continuously improve the platform, we cannot guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption, delay, error, or incompatibility with every device or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flight Club, AirKind Group LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
DISCLAIMERS
Flight Club provides tools, community features, informational resources, and technology designed to support airline professionals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided within Flight Club should not be considered official airline, union, legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
Members remain responsible for verifying official schedules, work assignments, operational information, company communications, policies, and procedures through their employer or other official sources.
Flight Club is intended to complement—not replace—the official systems and resources used by your airline or employer.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We hope we never have to remove a member from Flight Club.
However, to help protect the community, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that reasonably appear to violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Flight Club platform.
Examples may include:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Harassment or abusive behavior.
- Repeated violations of community guidelines.
- Attempts to compromise platform security.
- Unlawful activity.
- Spam or scams.
- Serious misuse of Flight Club services.
Whenever reasonably appropriate, we may provide warnings or opportunities to correct issues before taking permanent action.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to AirKind Group LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific Flight Club features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flight Club regarding your use of the platform.
